STICKY RASPBERRY CHICKEN SALAD

Jazz up your leftovers with some Wildsea Raspberry Vinegar and serve on a salad of your choice!

Ingredients:

Cooked chicken
1 stock cube
3 tablespoons (or more) of Wildsea Raspberry Vinegar
Garlic
Ground Pepper

Preparation:

Shred some cooked chicken into a frying pan, add a stock cube, some garlic and a little pepper. Add two tablespoons of raspberry vinegar and fry until browned.  Add a further tablespoon of Raspberry vinegar and simmer for one minute.  Serve hot or cold on fresh salad.
