Wildsea Blackcurrant Splash is bursting with our delicious home-grown North Devon blackcurrants, blended with local Tarka Spring water to create a lightly-sparkling taste sensation.
Our rich soil and coastal weather has proved the perfect growing environment for blackcurrants, producing the highest quality, juiciest fruits.
ELDERFLOWER SPLASH
A crisp and refreshing lightly-sparkling elderflower drink made from our own elderflower.
We harvest the elderflower in our fruit fields as well as the wild elderflower which grows elsewhere on the farm, using a traditional English cordial recipe and blending with local Tarka Spring Water to make a truly traditional and authentically Devon drink.
SUMMER SPLASH
Our award-winning Summer Splash has been a firm favourite for the last few seasons. A delicious mix of Wildsea home-grown redcurrants, raspberries, blackcurrants and elderflower, this is a perfect blend of the very best produce that our corner of North Devon has to offer.
JAMS
We always have a selection of jams for sale around North Devon. Currently we have Raspberry and Elderflower, Blackcurrant Jam and Redcurrant Jelly.
These traditional jars are a fantastic addition to any cream tea or an ideal holiday souvenir to take home for the breakfast table.
RASPBERRY & BLACKCURRANT VINEGARS
Our raspberry and blackcurrant vinegars are perfect for salad dressing and roasts.
